The below is a non-exhaustive list that confirms the considerations any brand entering the UK market must consider and how we will assist in these areas.
Delivery of goods into the UK market;
Full advice for goods entering or manufactured in the UK to include; shipping, legal documents, regulation, additional paperwork re customs and excise, through to delivery at a UK warehouse ready for sale.
Company/Trading Vehicle structure;
Advice given re company set-up for legal and fiscal purposes (as required). Insurances required.
Operations;
Advice and management to include potential manufacturing options, supply chain optimisation and management, forecast planning, warehousing capability, back office and logistics capability, customer account set-up, order management and processing, manufacturing liaison, reporting procedures.
Sales;
Identification of correct channels to target (to include major retail, wholesale, convenience, on-trade, marketplaces, D2C, healthfood, Cash and Carry). Margin requirements, in-store promotional strategy and retailer investment levels. Effective brand presentation deck. Effective demonstration of how to ensure category value is created from launch. Agreement on target launch date.
Marketing;
Marketing deck to demonstrate understanding of how to make the product(s) move once on shelf. Unique understanding through data gathering and analysis, PR, social media and additional later above the line advertising to be considered.
HR;
Resourcing across the board to be understood, either by using internal or well understood trusted external structures. Scale up capability to be in place from launch.
Financial Management, Accounting and Financing (as required);
Invoicing, cash collection, reporting protocols & procedures, management accounts, annual accounts, business management, invoice discounting. Capabilities to be in place pre-launch.
Product Development;
As required advice or hands on input for the UK market, specific range to include from concept through to launch.

We have an understanding of every aspect of what it involves to take FMCG brands to market; creating, developing, establishing and growing new and existing categories.
We work with all sizes from start-ups to multi-million turnover companies, both UK and Internationally based.
We work intensely with you for a period of 2 months for set-up, thereafter, remaining in place for a further 3 months to ensure successful bedding in has taken place.
We guarantee to have any client fully operational and ready for the UK market by our point of exit after 5 months. We remain in place at no extra cost until set-up is complete.
